Refund and Returns Policy

I. If due to any circumstances or personal reasons you have to cancel your Pilgrimage tour, the cancellation request must be sent to us in writing, duly signed by the individual seeking cancellation to – Dham Yatras office or email to us at dhamyatra.hkma@gmail.com , mnjd@harekrishnamandir.org The following cancellation charges shall be payable by the pilgrim on cancellation of the pilgrimage:
II. More than 45 days prior to travel date: 20% of total tour cost. 80%will be refunded.
III. Between 45 to 30 days prior to travel date: 50%of total tour cost. 50%will be refunded.
IV. 21 days prior to travel date: 40% will be refunded.
V. Before 7 days: 30% will be refunded.
VI. Before 3 days: No Refund
VII. After commencement of tour: No Refund.
VIII. If the passengers discontinue journey while on tour should be given by writing, unused portion of the tour amount will not be refunded. DHAM YATRAS management /department, reserves rights to cancel seats.
IX. If the tour is canceled by us, the amount paid by you will be fully refunded by A/c payee Cheque but no compensation is payable for consequential loss suffered.
X. You may receive the amount only after 30 days of Cancellation.
XI. No refunds will be made for non-working of A/C units of the coaches/rooms while on tour.
