🗓️ DAY 2: THE SHIVA LINGAMS OF LORD RAM

🛕 Munneswaram Temple: The legendary site where Lord Rama prayed to Lord Shiva.

💎 Manavari Temple: See the rare Ramalingam—one of only two Shivalingas in the world installed by Lord Rama himself.

⛰️ Sigiriya Views: Witness the majestic "Lion Rock," Ravana’s sky-palace, from the comfort of our luxury resort.

🗓️ DAY 3: THE HEART OF TRINCOMALEE

🌊 Koneswaram Temple: A breathtaking cliffside temple overlooking the Indian Ocean, originally built by Ravana.

♨️ 7 Hot Water Wells: Ancient wells created by Ravana’s sword for his mother’s last rites.

🌺 Shankari Shakti Peeth: Seek blessings at one of the 51 sacred Shakti Peeths.

🗓️ DAY 4: KANDY & THE HEIGHTS OF BHAKTI

🦷 Temple of the Tooth: Visit the world-famous UNESCO heritage site in Kandy.

🐒 Ramboda Hanumanji: Visit the 16-foot granite statue of Hanumanji at the spot where he first searched for Sita Devi.

🗓️ DAY 5: ASHOKA VATIKA & AGNI PARIKSHA

🔥 Divurumpola: The sacred ground of Sita Devi’s Agni Pariksha.

💦 Ravana Falls & Caves: Explore the hidden caves and majestic cascades where Sita Devi was kept.

🏹 Kataragama: Evening Darshan of Lord Kartikeya.

🗓️ DAY 6: THE SANJEEVANI TRAIL

🌿 Hanumangiri: Visit the mountain peak believed to be a piece of the Himalayas dropped by Hanumanji.

✈️ Ussangoda: Explore the red landscape, historically known as one of Ravana’s ancient airports.

🛍️ Colombo: Return for a final evening of premium shopping and relaxation.

🗓️ DAY 7: FAREWELL LANKA

🙏 Morning Sadhana, Local Places and ISKCON visit.

✈️ Departure: Transfer to the airport after a grand Satvik farewell lunch.

General Terms

1. Senior Citizen Travel Requirement
Passengers above 60 years of age must be accompanied by a younger family member/escort.

2. Cancellation Policy Applicability
Cancellation charges shall be applicable as per the policy mentioned below.

3. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances
Dham Yatras Management shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond control, including war, accidents, weather conditions, fire, strikes, riots, terrorism, traffic delays, natural calamities or safety concerns.

4. Pilgrimage Risks
Dham Yatras Management shall not be responsible for personal injury, sickness, accident, theft or loss of life during the pilgrimage.

5. Emergency Communication
In any emergency, the program coordinator will inform the family member/concerned person provided in the application through SMS or email.

6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be resolved through arbitration. Unresolved matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad courts only.

Booking & Travel Conditions

7. Minimum Passenger Requirement
Tour confirmation is subject to minimum required passengers. Management reserves the right to cancel the tour if the minimum number is not met.

8. Tour Cancellation by Management
If the tour is canceled by management, intimation will be given 10 days prior to departure.

9. Child & Infant Policy
Valid age proof is mandatory for children (2–11 years) and infants (below 2 years). Children above 11 years will be treated as adults and charged accordingly.

10. Travel Connections & Claims
Management is not responsible for missed connections, consequential loss or non-reimbursement of claims.

11. Flight Booking Advisory
Guests are advised to book flight tickets only after tour confirmation.

Hotel & Accommodation Terms

12. Check-in / Check-out
Hotel check-in and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Room allocation (Twin/Double) is subject to availability.

13. Single Occupancy
Single supplement charges apply for travelers wishing to occupy a separate room.

14. Additional Services
Charges for services not included in the package shall be paid directly at the hotel.

15. Hotel Property Damage
Any damage caused to hotel property may be charged to the guest.

16. Personal Belongings
Guests are requested to take care of their belongings and avoid leaving them unattended.

17. Itinerary Changes
The itinerary may change depending on local conditions, weather, political situations or other unforeseen circumstances.

18. Brochure / Information Changes
Brochure information is based on details available at the time of publication and may be revised if required.

19. Scope of Terms
Any oral or written communication issued by management from time to time shall also form part of these terms.

Cancellation Policy

20. Yatri Cancellation Charges
If a Yatri is unable to join the yatra after booking, cancellation charges shall be applicable as follows:

• Up to 44 days prior to the yatra date – 25% cancellation charges

• Between 44 to 30 days prior – 60% cancellation charges

• Between 29 to 15 days prior – 80% cancellation charges

• Less than 15 days prior – No refund shall be applicable

21. Cancellation Request
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email or other official mode of communication. Verbal cancellation requests shall not be considered valid.

22. Refund Processing
Eligible refunds, wherever applicable, shall be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation approval.

23. Child Policy (Standard):

• Below 2 Years (Infant): Complimentary (only flight/transport charges applicable as per airline rules; no separate seat/bed).
• 2 to 5 Years: Complimentary or nominal charge (no extra bed; shares with parents. Transport/entry tickets extra if applicable).
• 5 to 11 Years: Chargeable (with or without extra bed, as per package selection).
• Above 12 Years: Considered as adult (full charges applicable).

“Child age will be considered as per date of travel, and valid age proof is mandatory.”

Acceptance

By booking or undertaking the pilgrimage, the traveler is deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the above Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
